Dr. Baikuntha Aryal is the Chief Secretary, Government of Nepal. He has served as Secretary in various ministries, initiating IT reforms and trade infrastructure development. Dr. Aryal holds Ph.D., and Masters’s degrees in Economics, Public Administration, and Development and Resource Economics.
